Judge Awards Rittenhouse 20 Percent Of Lebron James’ Pension For Life

Judge Joe Barron of the 65th District Court of Writs and Warrants has issued an order to the NBA to turn over 20 percent of Lebron James’ pension to Kyle Rittenhouse as soon as James retires.

The settlement agreement between the two was finalized yesterday at James’ palatial estate in downtown Akron. James had 3 city blocks razed and 12 families displaced to create his “dream property.”

Rittenhouse sued James in November and was awarded $110 million, which James has defaulted on. The new order comes from a different court that deals with deadbeats and nonpayment of judgments.

If James refused to allow the settlement, he faced up to eleventy years in prison and a bazillion dollars in fines.

Rittenhouse and James both refused to comment.
