AOC Says Retirees Should Get Off Of Social Security and ‘Go On Welfare Like Everyone Else’

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez doesn’t seem to understand how things work in America.

Here, in the land of the free and home of the brave, people who work pay into Social Security all their lives, then they get to live on that money after they retire.

AOC seems to think Social Security is just another entitlement program for people to take advantage of and steal from. Her answer? Eliminate it altogether:

“It seems like a lot of trouble just to give a bunch of old people money. Just let everyone keep their money and give retirees welfare and food stamps like everyone else, onlt don’t put a limit on it.

Imagine if you were a factory manager and all you get is a measly $1100 from Social Security. Wouldn’t you rather have like $600 in cash, free housing, and enoigh food stamps to eat steak and lobster every day until you die?

These poor folks are doing it wrong.”

While nobody seems to be able to find the actual transcript or a recording of her saying these things, a page who works for a senator that uses the same food delivery service as a judge across the street told AOC’s senior aide’s hot dog cart guy that she said it just like that, with a “very condescending look on her face.”

It seems like she needs someone to come in and take her out in the next election. Maybe one of the Trump kids will run against her.
